SAFAL conducts a multi skill program for customer sales assistance and supervisors of shell petroleum in Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad. This programme is to acquaint and equip the CSAs with basic maintenance skills which they could use in their outlets in carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical and housekeeping. This programme is in collaboration with MICO Bosch.
