After the completion of the in house training, students are sent to take up on the job training. A certificate is awarded to candidates after the completion of the training programme. Further the companies absorb them. SAFAL has trained more than 1000 youths since its origin and the candidates are drawing Rs.3000 to Rs.6000 per month along with PF, ESI and other benefits.

Post placement mentoring of the students to guide them for higher training/education and good career growth is also part of SAFAL’s post placement guidance and mentoring.

Employment Opportunities offered by SAFAL include jobs in Hospitality sector, Retail Outlets, Front Office, Servicing Centres, Building Contractors, Manufacturing Companies and Assembly Units and Maintenance Contractors etc.
