The SAFAL board consists of luminaries and visionaries from various distinguished fields. United in their efforts to broaden perspectives and horizons amongst the low income groups in the board works on an objective and proactive oriented plan that aligns every action to the needs of the rightful beneficiaries.

Rumi Sikdar	Founder member & Trustee	A post graduate in life science and over 15 years of corporate and development sector experience makes her the apt program lead in guiding and stream lining the efforts of the team.
Raj Iyer	Trustee & Director	Over the last 25 years Mr. Raj Iyer, an alumni of JNU, has played a crucial role in initiating several grass root level Non Profit Organisations that addresses a plethora of relevant issues. His earlier role as Director of Jan Sikshan Shansthan has helped us in successfully developing informal vocational training for neo-literates and non-literate youth
Babita Harry	Trustee	A Mass Communication Post Graduate and a keen aptitude for languages and soft skills curriculums and impart soft skill training.
Dr. Amit Gupta	Trustee	Amit Gupta is an Associate Professor in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) in Bangalore. He obtained his Doctorate in Organizational Behavior from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland at College Park and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Agriculture) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

John Kennedy	Vocational Training Specialist	He has over 15 years of experience in social work and has been deeply involved in projects related to vocational training and micro enterprises in different capacities with CARITAS India, Christian Childrens Fund and GTZ

Dr.G.Panduranga	Consultant for Agriculture and Agro Enterprises	He has served as Horticultural Extension Officer in ANP in and has also worked as an Executive Officer in Soil & Water Conservation Section of Agriculture Department for 10 years. At Present he is the President of Parivartana Samsthe giving guidance in Net Planning & Training Programmes – providing consultancy on natural resource management
